JD Howlette Law focuses on seeking justice for personal injury victims; we represent injured people throughout Prince George's County and across Maryland from its office in Bowie, and handling injury matters in the District of Columbia, Virginia, and Florida as well. We take on collisions involving cars, commercial trucks, motorcycles, pedestrians, cyclists, and rideshare vehicles, along with premises liability, negligent security, dog bite, and wrongful death claims. Maryland's contributory negligence rule bars recovery entirely when an injured person carries any share of the fault, which makes early and thorough investigation the difference between a claim that pays and one that does not. So, we prepare every case as though it will be tried. The firm also litigates civil rights and constitutional tort matters, including against Prince George's County itself. Injury matters are handled on a pure contingency fee basis, which means you do not pay for legal fees unless we win your case.
