Now serving clients in Virginia

We are excited to announce that JD Howlette Law is now serving clients throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia! And we didn't waste a moment of time in our pursuit of justice. 

On June 17, 2022, we filed a complaint in the Circuit Court for the City of Alexandria on behalf of a client who had been cheated out of tens of thousands of dollars in wages and employee benefits as a result of being intentionally misclassified as an independent contractor rather than an employee. We look forward to obtaining justice on behalf of this client and the many other individuals and businesses in need of legal services throughout the Commonwealth.
