After more than 4 years of fighting for justice, and on the eve of trial, our client, Yadira Dominguez, officially settled her employment discrimination case today against the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services! This settlement concludes a challenging chapter for Ms. Dominguez, and we hope her story encourages others to speak out against inappropriate conduct in the workplace. As part of the settlement, USCIS agreed to pay $75,000 in damages to Ms. Dominguez for emotional distress.
